The AFSTS IDIQ vehicle provides the Department of Defense with rapid access to cutting edge commercial services, which will enable enterprise level strategy development, transformation, and modernization across the US military.

This relatively new contract vehicle is available to Headquarters Air Force and MAJCOMs, Combatant Commands, OSD, other Department of Defense services, Guard and Reserve Components, and all Federal Agencies.

There is a strong emphasis on utilizing public and private transformation best practices, methods, and tools. Dogwood is a subcontractor to Deloitte.
