Talent Acquisition Account Executive - Straight Commission - Contract to W2 Employee

We are looking for a few remote Account Executives to join our team via straight
commission. We don't care where
you live-- as long as you can do the job. We don't care how young or how old
you are, what citizenship, sex or color you are, where you went to school or
what kind of degree you have-- or if you even have a degree. We DO care about
things like ethics, honesty, excellent communications skills, client
relationship management, and a habit of doing the right thing because it's the
right thing.... and RESULTS.
You would be selling our recruiting and outsourcing services to senior executives in corporate America within a vertical market (such as healthcare, engineering, technology, finance, logistics, etc). Compensation is very generous and is straight commission, so make sure you have moxie, drive and a determination to succeed. This is a work from home position.
Again-- we reiterate-- this is straight commission. It's good money-- but it's not for the faint of heart!
There are NO caps on your income at Dogwood. We expect the right person for this
job to bring home a high six-figure income after a year of hard work-- followed by
more years with even more income, because our commission program ensures you're
paid for ongoing work while you remain on our team. We don't re-assign accounts
to others, we don't re-align territories, and we don't put hindrances in your
path.
What kind of
skills do you need?
Extensive business to business sales experience and skills
Extensive experience selling SERVICES, especially professional services
Solid experience within a vertical market (finance, healthcare, engineering, technology, aerospace, logistics, manufacturing, etc) (We have particular needs around healthcare as well as finance & accounting clients.)
Values and ethics. Our ethics and transparency set us apart in the marketplace.
Personal maturity and a stable lifestyle
A desire to succeed with a habit of hard work. (Slackers tend to weed themselves out pretty quickly here.)
A desire to learn and try new things and to grow personally and professionally
A proven track record of closing business with C-level executive decision makers
Tenacity. An ability to plan your work and work your plan-- every DAY.
The energy and ability to work through the inevitable issues and challenges.
An ability to think creatively.
Dogwood is a 100% "work remote" company.
This presents both opportunities (for those who thrive on working in an

but we DO care about results. You will be expected to have a home office, to
provide your own laptop and an
internet connection. We provide basic online tools, brochures, email,
Microsoft Office Professional and full support-- and of course, an excellent
compensation plan and a team of people to back you up fully.
The hiring
process:

This position is straight commission on a 1099 basis to start. As soon as you demonstrate
you're what we have been looking for, we'll look to convert you to employee
status, with benefits to include vacation, medical, dental, vision and 401(k).
