   Dogwood Management Partners is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect for a key full time permanent opening we have under a Department of Defense program in Alexandria, VA. The candidate we are seeking will be conducting enterprise analysis, design, planning, and implementation. Candidates must have at least an active Secret Clearance – this will be verified by our FSO in advance of any management level interviews. Candidates MUST have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as at least 3 to 5 years of Department of Defense experience. MUST be a US Citizen, have an Active Secret Clearance and have IAM Level II Certification – or ability to gain it BEFORE starting. Absolutely No Third parties.


• Develop, implement and maintain plans, briefings, reports and training materials to support the establishment and execution of the Program.
• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Architecture (application, data, infrastructure, security, technical, and business architectures), Technical Reference Model (TRM), EA Roadmap and associated vision, strategy and implementation documentation in accordance with Federal and DoD regulations, guidelines and policies as well as industry best practices.
• Architectures, reference models, roadmaps and strategic plans shall be reviewed and updated annually.
• Define, model, develop, maintain, analyze, and manage databases, data models, and data architecture, standards, policies, processes and plans in support of the Departments data management.
• Coordinate with the OCIO ITBO and PMO to conduct business needs analysis activities including, but not limited to, supporting requirements gathering, facilitating workshops, and creating business and technology scenarios.
• Define, develop, implement, manage, and maintain EA methodologies, standards, tools/repositories, standard operating procedures (SOPs), related processes, and reporting mechanisms.
• Manage, implement and maintain the Change Control Process to include, but not limited to, supporting the Change Control Board and Enterprise Architecture Review Board meetings.
• Develop, implement and maintain plans, briefings, reports and training materials to support the establishment and execution of the Emerging Technology Program.
• Establish and implement a plan to support the management, assessment, enhancement, and/or maintenance of vendor support and enterprise-wide maintenance agreements, software licenses, and software versions.


• DoD Top Secret Clearance
• Certify as an IAM Level II Certification is Required (CAP, CASP ce, CISM, CISSP or Associate, or GSLC)
