SENIOR SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR
Dogwood Management Partners, a leader in technology consulting, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator with Lightning Components experience for a key opening we have in the Charlotte, NC area. We are seeking a very driven and self-directed individual to manage administration and development on the platform as well as to plan, build and roll-out application support and governance functions. Offering an attractive salary plus benefits, but this role can be set up on a corp to corp basis as well.
The Senior Salesforce
Administrator we are seeking will be responsible for developing and maintaining
the Salesforce.com Cloud platform (Community, Sales, Service and Marketing
Clouds) used to support customer operations globally.Salesforce.com is used to
support CRM, case management and returns functions by call center
representatives in foreign countries. With additional use being requested by
North America. Service Cloud is relatively new to our environment and integrates
to other key components in our architecture such as SAP Hybris e-commerce and
PeopleSoft Warehouse Management System. The successful candidate will ensure
proper administration of the platform, support end-users, provide hands-on
development and testing support for cross-functional delivery projects and drive
strategy to grow adoption of Salesforce.com in other global markets. They will
own the software development for assigned projects. Drive consistent development
practices tools and common components. Were seeking for someone who can wear
multiple hats and provide support capabilities globally. The bulk of the work
for this position will be done in onsite from the Charlotte area office, but
some international support may be required. There will be coordination and
communication outside of US business hours.
Hands-on experience with Lightning
Components or at least be very familiar with it.
3 to 5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
Experience with software development and Agile SCRUM development methodology.
Experience designing, programming, and configuring the Salesforce.com platform and deep functional understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
Experience with Salesforce.com development tools and techniques, e.g. Lightning Builder, APEX language, triggers, controllers, SOAP, REST, JSON, SOQL, SOSL and creating Visual Force pages.
Experience integrating Salesforce.com with enterprise-level applications either through integration platforms or through custom apex classes. (MuleSoft Experience a plus)
Must have strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Proficient computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, etc.
Ability and willingness to work Asian business hours when required.
Bachelors in Computer Science or
Information Systems is preferred
In lieu of Bachelors, we will accept relevant work experience and Salesforce Certifications such as:
Certified Advanced Administrator
Certified Service Cloud Consultant
Certified Force.com Platform Developer I
Certified Force.com Platform App Builder
Maintain data access rules for
segregation of country deployments.
Create new user accounts and assign proper user based controls related to access.
Assist in developing new workflows to improve efficiency or assist in the modification of current Salesforce workflows.
Create and modify rules, triggers, and alerts when requested or as necessary based on company needs.
Integrate new applications into Salesforce when requested.
Create reports based on various requirements in a timely fashion.
Create Email templates, approval processes, and define approval actions for task automations.
Establish operating metrics and reports
Design, prototype, build and
support Salesforce.com applications and customizations.
Configure and test Salesforce.com to company specifications.
Design and develop integrations, APIs and services based on business requirements.
Document design decisions and integrations resulting from new designs, system changes or upgrades.
Produce, distribute and administer release notes.
Other development related tasks as required.
