   Dogwood Management Partners, an SDVOSB, is seeking a well-qualified individual for a Data Analyst opening we have in Ogden, UT. This role is with Dogwood — we are not recruiters. This is a full-time position that includes a competitive salary, plus benefits. However, this role can also be set up on a Corp to Corp or W2 hourly basis as well. Due to the nature of this government contract, only US Citizens or Permanent Residents (minimum 3 years) can be considered. No third party or visa candidates can be considered. Not available for remote.

  Please note that an Active IRS Moderate Risk 57 Tier 2S (formerly known as MBI clearance) is required to start on the program. Those without an Active MBI / IRS Moderate Risk 57 Tier 2S clearance will still be considered, but must obtain the clearance before they can start. This individual will act as a Data Analyst for the project and will be responsible for working with the application teams to understand both internal and external data interfaces, data flows and the architecture of the application. This person will perform the data analysis and development of test data to support the execution of the test scenarios and test cases for both functional and performance tests, validate the test results by analyzing data stored in the database.
• Run data validation processes to validate new functionality and test results in the development integration test (DIT) environment across project team.
• Write SQL queries and created stored procedures in Oracle environment to support test data creation and back-end testing and validation.
• Execute test cases and create test data to validate data processing, data flows for the project in development integration test environments and performance test environments.
• Provide input to DB, ETL and test data generation teams based on application needs.


US Citizenship or Permanent Residents (minimum 3 years)
• Must have demonstrated experience in data analysis for high-volume, complex data environments in IRS environment – 10 years
• Must have demonstrated and deep understanding of IRS ACA, IPM & CADE2 data – 5 years
• Must have the ability to write SQL queries in an Oracle environment to support test data creation and back-end testing and validation – 10 years
• Must have demonstrated experience in designing IRS systems and data interfaces – 7 years
• Must have technical experience in the area of interface design, complex data mapping and transformation rules – 5 years
• Must have a deep understanding of IRS data and processes – 7 years
• Must have systems analysis / systems engineering experience – 5 years


• Healthcare system experience
